Throughout our long experience (145 years) and armed with our professional knowledge, we are today able to offer you a range of meat products from which virtually all forms of intolerance have been eliminated.
By managing our own herb allotments and pigs, we have at our disposal a perfect control mechanism that guarantees your safety.
All Noglut meat products therefore have a satisfying, full, rounded flavour, despite the fact you might think otherwise.
"Noglut Bakery"
With the experiences I had as the grandson of a baker, I was naturally interested in the bakery sector. This experience led to the creation of a white bread mix with fibre, no gluten (less than 20 ppm gluten), no egg, no soy, lactose or milk protein. The white Noglut bread mix contains gluten-free wheat flour.
The great difference with other flours is that our bread mix has very similar characteristics to regular everyday bread with gluten.
The dough has to be thoroughly kneaded and can be raised and baked in a bread machine or in the traditional way in an oven.
The flavour of the white Noglut bread mix is similar to bread from the baker’s. Delicious, light, firm structure with an attractive colour and that does not dry out quickly.
It is still soft and cuts beautifully even after several days.
The flour is made with no genetically modified organisms, preserving or anti-mould agents.
In short, a delicious and healthy gluten-, egg-, soy- and milk-free bread.
And the last big difference is the ideology that Noglut adopts. “You didn’t choose to have your intolerance or your allergy, so why would you pay five times the price for a kilo of bread mix compared to ordinary flour.
That’s why Noglut has put paid to that and our white bread mix is practically half the price of a lot of other gluten-free mixes.
